CBeebies had its beloved Bugs, but CBBC needed a fresh and dynamic new look. Meet the Flooms: characters born from the iconic BBC blocks, designed to embody the playful and occasionally silly spirit of the channel's diverse offerings.
Collaborating with BBC Creative, we developed the concept and broadcast architecture. We commissioned the talented teams at Ink&Giants and SR Partners to bring our vision to life through vibrant idents.
Post-launch, I took charge of adapting these idents for special seasonal moments, adding festive touches for Christmas and Halloween.
